Could you bring strong product craft, data-informed decision-making and cross-functional leadership to shape app-based prayer resources used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world?</div><div><br><strong>Who We Are</strong></div><div>24-7 Prayer is an international, interdenominational prayer movement, with a vision to revive the church and rewire the culture through non-stop night and day prayer.</div><div><br>We started in 1999, when a simple student-led prayer vigil went viral and groups all over the world joined in to pray. Now, over two decades later, thousands of communities have taken part in 24-7 Prayer in churches, communities and cities in over half the countries on earth. From apps and courses to prayer rooms and blogs, we exist to help people pray.</div><div><br><strong>The Role</strong></div><div>As a Product Owner, you will steward the vision, roadmap and delivery of 24-7 Prayer's app-based prayer resources and the prayer-room sign-up tool, ensuring each product serves users beautifully, reliably and strategically. You will translate ministry vision, user insight, product data and organisational priorities into clear product outcomes, helping teams make wise decisions and deliver experiences that facilitate life-changing encounters with God.</div><div><br>You will lead cross-functional collaboration across content, translation, communications, UX/UI, data and development partners, creating clarity and momentum from discovery through launch and iteration. You will maintain a prioritised roadmap, write clear requirements and user stories, define success measures, and ensure our apps continue to grow in reach, depth of engagement, accessibility and spiritual impact across multiple languages and cultures.</div><div><br>To thrive in this role, you will bring proven product owner or product management experience, strong project discipline, confidence working with technical and creative teams, and the ability to use data, research and stakeholder input to prioritise what matters most. You will be highly organised, spiritually mature, collaborative and comfortable serving within a growing cross-cultural Christian movement.</div><div><br><strong>Job location:</strong> This role can be based in our Woking office or can be delivered as a hybrid role if you are UK-based. Or it can be undertaken fully remotely if you are based overseas. If hybrid, there is a requirement to attend mandatory in-person meetings at either our Woking office, Guildford or Waverley Abbey House in Farnham, averaging once a month. Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><h3>Cross-App Activity</h3><ul><li>Partner with senior leaders and the Board App Subcommittee to define product vision, strategic outcomes and app priorities aligned with 24-7 Prayer's mission.</li><li>Own and maintain clear product roadmaps, balancing user needs, ministry priorities, technical constraints, capacity and measurable impact.</li><li>Translate strategy into prioritised backlogs, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for development and design partners.</li><li>Develop clear audience personas and user journeys for each product, informed by research, analytics, feedback and ministry insight.</li><li>Define and track product KPIs, using data to validate opportunities, measure success and inform growth, engagement and retention strategies.</li><li>Champion the user while making sound trade-offs between scope, quality, cost and timeline.</li><li>Collaborate with 24-7 Prayer's CTO and development teams to agree delivery priorities, technical feasibility and release plans.</li><li>Create clarity for cross-functional teams by capturing decisions, communicating next steps and keeping stakeholders aligned.</li><li>Contribute to 24-7 Prayer's broader user journey strategy so app resources are integrated effectively across prayer rooms, content, events and communications.</li><li>Identify, assess and develop future product opportunities, partnerships and product enhancements that extend the reach and impact of 24-7 Prayer.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Inner Room and Lectio 365 Apps</h3><ul><li>Shape and deliver clear product pathways, ensuring each product serves its distinct audience, spiritual purpose and growth opportunity.</li><li>Use research, analytics, user feedback and stakeholder input to identify improvements that deepen engagement, support spiritual formation and increase sustainable reach.</li><li>Work with content, communications, marketing, translation and regional teams to grow the audiences served by each product across agreed language groups.</li><li>Coordinate translation and localisation activity so product experiences are high quality, culturally appropriate and supported by clear workflow, review and launch expectations.</li><li>Explore strategic connections between products and wider 24-7 Prayer activity, including prayer rooms, discipleship pathways, events, content and communications.</li><li>Support aligned opportunities that extend the reach of app-based resources, including retreats, live-streamed content, books, seasonal campaigns and other ministry resources.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></div><ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role for a digital product, ideally including mobile apps.</li><li>Strong product craft, including product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, requirements definition, user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional delivery with developers, designers, content teams, marketers, translators and external suppliers.</li><li>Confident using Agile approaches and delivery rhythms, with enough structure to keep teams aligned and enough flexibility to maintain momentum.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through launch, optimisation and sunsetting where needed.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret product analytics, define KPIs, surface insights and apply data to product strategy.</li><li>Experience with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Aha!, Google Analytics, Firebase, app store analytics, Sentry, Figma or similar platforms.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders, technical teams, creative contributors and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-culturally and across multiple languages, with sensitivity to local church contexts and global ministry needs.</li><li>Broad understanding of app technologies, UX/UI principles, accessibility, release processes and global digital engagement trends.</li><li>Able to foster a culture of clarity, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.</li><li>A mature Christian faith, active commitment to prayer, and enthusiasm for 24-7 Prayer's vision, values and mission.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Additional Comments</strong></div><ul><li>The post holder will be expected to maintain a living relationship with God and live consistently according to biblical
