The role is crucial in fostering a culture of innovation, ensuring the scalability and security of the organization’s technology infrastructure and driving digital transformation across the organization.<br><br></div><div><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>In collaboration with the CDSO develop and implement a comprehensive information management strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission critical objectives.</li><li>Oversee the design and development of scalable and secure technology solutions.</li><li>Ensure that the IT and network infrastructure adequately support the organization’s computing, data processing, and communication needs.</li><li>Manage Seed Company’s data within systems of record and supporting systems, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and implement strategies to safeguard and optimize data within the organization.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and opportunities for integration.</li><li>Facilitate an environment (creative application and sharing of tools, models, and resources) of cross-functional, intra-organizational and inter-organizational collaboration.</li><li>Manage technology budgets, contracts and resources, ensuring cost-effective optimization and ROI across all groups.</li><li>Oversees projects and assignments within the Information Technology team.</li></ul><div><br><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Directly supervises the leaders for Security Compliance, IT Support, and Software Development.
