This is a primarily coding role, requiring extreme ownership and technical excellence to deliver a groundbreaking product.</div><div><strong><br>Responsibilities<br></strong><br></div><ol><li><strong>Architect Solutions:</strong> Define and implement the technical direction of a greenfield project, serving as the lead architect for the frontend.</li><li><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: </strong>Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to create seamless, high-quality user experiences.</li><li><strong>Implement Payment Systems: </strong>Develop and integrate major payment systems like Stripe or similar platforms to ensure seamless financial transactions.</li><li><strong>Foster Design Consistency:</strong> Build and maintain a robust Figma component library integration to ensure consistency across the platform.</li><li><strong>Write “Better Software Faster”: </strong>Defining and advocating type and testing strategies that allow the codebase to evolve safely and quickly without locking teams into brittle architectures or letting regressions slip through.</li><li><strong>Drive Strategic Decisions: </strong>Actively participate in discussions on frontend architecture, data modeling, and API design to align with the project’s vision.</li><li><strong>Share Expertise Through Code: </strong>Mentor team members and elevate technical capabilities by writing exemplary, production-ready code.</li></ol><div><strong><br>Qualifications<br></strong><br></div><ol><li>10+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, with a strong emphasis on ReactJS with at least 5 years at one company.</li><li>Proven experience architecting and leading large-scale frontend projects from inception to deployment.</li><li>Strong foundational knowledge in computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma component libraries and translating designs into high-quality, scalable code.</li><li>Significant experience implementing and integrating major payment platforms like Stripe or similar systems.</li><li>Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, with the ability to design and consume them effectively.</li><li>Firm commitment to automated testing and domain modeling with types in order to maintain high-quality, maintainable codebases.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of projects while balancing hands-on coding with strategic technical decisions.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assert expertise while maintaining a collaborative team environment.</li></ol><div><strong><br>Requirements<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>TypeScript/Strong Typing in Javascript: 5 - 10 years</li><li>Frontend Performance &amp; Optimization: 10+ years</li><li>Leading Component &amp; Design Systems: 10+ years</li><li>API Design, GraphQL, Rest: 10+ years</li><li>Business / Stakeholder Communication</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Consensus Building</li><li>User Experience Advocacy</li></ul><div><strong><br>About Us<br></strong><br></div><div>We started Anedot in 2010 and now are launching a major payment processing and finance product aimed at empowering organizations through innovation, scalability, and world-class user experiences.
