We view creators as strategic growth and ecosystem partners - not simply influencers or promotional channels.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>The Role</strong></div><div><br>We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Creator &amp; Growth Partnerships Lead who can architect strategy and scale FaithOnline’s creator and general partnership ecosystem from the ground up.<br><br></div><div>This person will play a key role in translating vision into execution - building the creator systems, partnership pipelines, onboarding infrastructure, relationship frameworks, and growth operations needed to scale from an early-stage platform into a thriving creator and strategic partnership ecosystem with thousands of engaged creators, users, and aligned partners.<br><br></div><div>This candidate takes strong ownership and can drive their workstream forward with strategic influence. They have successfully built, managed, and/or scaled creator, partnership, ambassador, or ecosystem programs before in a fast-paced startup, tech, creator economy, media, or high-growth environment.<br><br></div><div>This is not a traditional influencer management or creator coordinator role. We’re looking for someone with strong partnership instincts, systems-thinking, operational excellence, relationship sophistication, and a demonstrated track record of execution and growth.<br><br><strong><em>This role will start at 15 hours/week (60 hours per month cap).
