International travel may include visits to project sites, which at times may involve difficult and physically demanding conditions.<br><br></div><div><strong>WHAT WE'LL LOVE ABOUT YOU</strong></div><div><em>Minimum Required Education &amp; Experience</em></div><ul><li>BA in Marketing, Fund Development, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in fundraising and marketing, preferably at organizations with annual revenue of $25-$50 million.</li><li>5+ years of experience at the director or senior management level, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proven track record of leading, coaching, and mentoring high-impact teams in a remote/hybrid environment, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.</li></ul><div><br><em>Required Skills</em></div><ul><li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive results across diverse teams and functions.</li><li>Demonstrated success in fundraising and B2B/B2C marketing for organizations with annual revenue of $20-$50M, with a focus on strategic growth and mission alignment.</li><li>Experience securing major gifts through complex foundation grants, individual donor cultivation, and donor retention strategies.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including donors, board members, and institutional partners.</li><li>Strategic financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and income forecasting, with a track record of maximizing revenue and cost efficiency.</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, actionable strategies with strong follow-through and execution.</li><li>Proven ability to bridge functional areas, fostering collaboration and alignment across development, marketing, and operations teams to drive organizational impact.</li></ul><div><br><em>Preferred Skills</em></div><ul><li>Experience working in a cross-cultural or international setting, ideally in mission-driven organizations.</li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Established network of philanthropic advisory groups, foundations, and funders, with the ability to leverage relationships to expand organizational reach and funding.</li></ul><div><br><strong>TEAM MEMBER COMPETENCIES</strong></div><div>We are a collaborative, interdependent team that relies on relating and supporting each other to achieve our goals.
