Remote Backend Web Developer

What You'll Be Doing
  • Architect and build high-performance back-end systems using Laravel, Elixir, and Rust that power real-time experiences
  • Develop robust APIs that enable provide data to a variety of applications
  • Work on cutting-edge collaboration tools. 
  • Building features that perform flawlessly under pressure—because our users depend on it.

Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience with Laravel, Elixir, Rust (or similar back-end frameworks) and high-performance applications
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, threading, and real-time data processing
  • Experience building scalable systems that handle mission-critical operations
  • Passion for solving complex technical challenges in live production environments
  • Methodical approach to performance optimization and system reliability
