Remote Business Development Manager

📍 Remote

 Position Overview 
We are seeking a commission-driven Business Development Manager who is passionate about serving churches and motivated to generate new opportunities for audio-visual installations and technology upgrades. 

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. 

You are responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new church AV projects. 

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.  

Mission of the Role 
To build trusted relationships with church leadership and connect ministries with technology solutions that help them communicate the Gospel clearly and effectively.  

Responsibilities 
  • Identify and pursue new church AV installation opportunities
  • Build relationships with pastors, executive pastors, worship leaders, and church boards
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand ministry needs
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop solutions
  • Present proposals and close contracts
  • Help establish ongoing service agreements

You are the bridge between ministry vision and technical execution.
 
Ideal Candidate 
  • Personally aligned with Christian faith and values
  • High integrity and strong moral character
  • Proven experience in B2B or capital equipment sales
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with church leadership
  • Long-term relationship builder

Preferred:
  • Background in ministry or church leadership
  • Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, or production systems
