Remote Church Success Specialist (Catholic)

📍 Remote

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a portfolio of 20-25 parishes and provide ministry training, consultation, and outreach services to build out a Full-Circle Relationship Ministry®. This includes:
  • Building a genuine relationship of trust with key leaders. 
  • Executing on key processes and deliverables with new parishes. This includes gathering data, evaluating data, reviewing important information, and listening well in order to curate processes and deliverables to individual parish needs. 
  • Working with parish leaders to develop a Relationship Culture Team and create a Mission Plan that outlines goals and activities for the parish's Full Circle Relationship Ministry. 
  • Providing ongoing support as the parish executes on their Mission Plan. 
  • Providing Communio’s outreach services to help the parish run effective outreach campaigns into their surrounding community with invitations to Outreach Events. 
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Relationship Culture Team Leader.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

These qualifications are strongly preferred, but not required for application. 

  • Bachelor's degree in community relations, communications, ministry, or related field; and/or 2 years related experience. 
  • 3 years of parish leadership experience. 
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate pastors and parish staff to action--offering clear guidance and action steps. 
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage processes and initiatives.  
  • An understanding of current trends in marriage and family in the United States. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships. 
  • Effective public speaking aptitude. 
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office applications required. 
  • Ability to work ecumenically with all denominations and Christian-based organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, learn quickly, and grow rapidly in the midst of a dynamic, growing movement. 
  • Willing and able to travel.
