<div><strong>Job description</strong></div><div>The role of Content Specialist – Production on the Content Operations team ensures the smooth, organized, and timely execution of all video and media production projects across Amazing Life, while leading key initiatives with strong, cross-functional collaboration. This role bridges Content Operations with all departments that rely on production—ensuring that Amazing Life creative, curriculum, and marketing content is prepared, filmed, and delivered with excellence across every platform. This role serves as a key advocate and translator between teams — connecting creative intent, production workflows, and final deliverables to all relevant stakeholders.<br><br>This role will lead and support cross-functional and creative initiatives that originate from ALF leadership or partner teams—often owning special production projects that help launch or elevate products, curriculum, events, and campaigns. These initiatives unify content, creative, and production resources to deliver high-quality and cohesive media experiences.
