The Role

We're hiring a UX designer for a focused, 1-month full-time engagement to audit and optimize our existing product.

The core experience is already built — your role is to identify friction, improve flows, and elevate usability so users stay engaged and build lasting habits.

This is not a blank-slate design role — it's about sharp iteration, clarity, and execution.

What You'll Do

Conduct a full UX audit of the current app (onboarding, core flows, retention loops)
Identify friction points and prioritize high-impact improvements
Redesign key flows (onboarding, verse memorization, daily engagement)
Improve clarity, simplicity, and user motivation
Create wireframes and polished UI updates where needed
Work closely with founders in a fast, iterative loop
Deliver implementation-ready designs and clear recommendations
