Experimentation</div><ul><li>Own the strategy and execution of Tithely's conversion rate optimization (CRO) program across the marketing website and signup funnels.</li><li>Develop and prioritize a roadmap of experiments using analytics, customer research, heatmaps, and session recordings.</li><li>Design, build, and analyze A/B tests using VWO, including custom JavaScript and CSS when needed.</li><li>Define experiment success metrics, evaluate statistical significance, and document learnings that improve future performance.</li><li>Continuously improve website conversion, free trial activation, and free-to-paid conversion.</li></ul><div>Web Design &amp; User Experience</div><ul><li>Design responsive landing pages, product pages, pricing pages, signup flows, and campaign experiences that balance visual excellence with measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma using components, variants, Auto Layout, and design tokens.</li><li>Ensure consistency across branding, typography, accessibility, and responsive breakpoints.</li><li>Build and launch pages in Webflow, Unbounce, and future website platforms as our technology stack evolves.</li></ul><div>Analytics &amp; Performance</div><ul><li>Own website conversion performance and regularly report progress against growth objectives.</li><li>Implement and validate tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.</li><li>Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities.</li><li>Maintain strong Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices that support both user experience and organic acquisition.</li></ul><div>Cross-Functional Collaboration</div><ul><li>Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-performing web experiences.</li><li>Manage external agency relationships when needed for design, development, or analytics initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate forms, tracking, CRM integrations, and lead routing.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div>A Successful Candidate Will:</div><ul><li>Be<strong> Action Oriented </strong>by consistently turning insights into experiments and measurable improvements that drive business results.</li><li><strong>Demonstrate Decision Quality </strong>by making sound decisions based on data, customer behavior, and experimentation rather than assumptions.</li><li><strong>Drives Results </strong>by taking ownership of conversion goals and continuously improves website performance through disciplined optimization.</li><li>Be a <strong>Nimble Learner </strong>who<strong> </strong>learns quickly through experimentation and applies insights from both successful and unsuccessful tests.</li><li><strong>Manage Complexity </strong>by<strong> </strong>connecting data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and prioritize the highest-impact work.</li><li><strong>Collaborate </strong>through<strong> </strong>building strong partnerships across marketing, product, engineering, and external partners to achieve shared goals.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Technical Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>5+ years of experience designing and optimizing high-performing marketing websites for SaaS or B2B organizations.</li><li>Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through experimentation, supported by a portfolio with measurable business results.</li><li>Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests using VWO or a similar experimentation platform.</li><li>Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, and responsive design.</li><li>Experience building marketing pages in Webflow or similar CMS platforms.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.</li><li>Familiarity with HubSpot forms, landing pages, and marketing integrations.</li></ul><div><strong>Preferred Technical Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>&nbsp;Experience working within product-led growth (PLG) or self-service SaaS environments.</li><li>Experience with JavaScript for customizing and troubleshooting website experiments.</li><li>Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered design, research, or CRO tools.</li><li>Experience within fintech, nonprofit technology, faith-based organizations, or other mission-driven software companies.</li></ul><div><strong>Office Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.</li><li>A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.</li><li>US-based and legally able to work full time in the US.
