Until now, donor lifecycle intelligence and automated communications have lived across a mix of manual processes and ad-hoc workflows inside Pipedrive, limiting how consistently the team could surface the right moment to reach out and the right words to say. You would change that by architecting the systems that make Desiring God's donor relationships feel more attentive and more human at scale, not less.<br><br></div><div>Your primary focus would be building and maintaining the data infrastructure and automated communication workflows that let the Donor Partnership team spend their limited relational capacity where it matters most. We need someone who knows Facebook and Instagram ads extremely well, understands how music campaigns work, and can use data to make smart campaign decisions.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>You will help build, manage, and optimize paid music marketing campaigns primarily through Meta Ads Manager.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>You will work with Christian artists and faith-based music projects to develop campaign strategy, creative direction, audience angles, and ad content that supports real listener growth.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>This role requires someone who is creative, technical, organized, and excited to grow with a fast-moving Christian marketing company.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>Create and manage Meta ad campaigns for Christian artists and faith-based music projects.&nbsp;</div><div>Listen to songs and identify strong audience angles, creative concepts, targeting direction, and campaign strategy.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Build campaigns that drive quality traffic to Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms.&nbsp;</div><div>Know Facebook Ads Manager extremely well, including campaign setup, creative testing, optimization, reporting, and budget management.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Review data from Meta Ads Manager and Spotify for Artists to understand performance, listener behavior, saves, streams, clicks, cost per result, and overall campaign health.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Make smart optimization decisions that lower cost per click while maintaining strong listener quality and retention.<br>&nbsp;</div><div>Develop, edit, or direct ad creatives that fit the song, artist brand, and target audience.&nbsp;</div><div>Use graphic design, branding, video editing, and creative development skills to help artists present themselves clearly and professionally.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Track campaign details, performance updates, budgets, and reporting inside Google Sheets or internal systems.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Communicate clearly with the Heaven Bound team and help keep campaigns organized.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Experience in Christian music, worship, CCM, gospel, Christian rap, or faith-based music marketing.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>A strong creative eye for branding, content, visuals, and artist presentation.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Experience with video editing, graphic design, creative testing, and ad creative development.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>A working understanding of Spotify for Artists and streaming platform data.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Ability to think strategically about songs, audiences, creative angles, and long-term artist growth.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>A desire to learn, grow, and take ownership inside a fast-growing Christian marketing company.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Bonus Skills</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>Experience with YouTube Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital platforms.&nbsp;</div><div>Experience with landing pages, smart links, pixels, conversion tracking, or fanbase funnels.&nbsp;</div><div>Copywriting, AI creative generation, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or other creative tool experience.&nbsp;</div><div>Experience working directly with artists, labels, churches, or faith-based brands.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Who This Role Is Not For</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>This role is not for someone with minimal marketing experience or someone who has only boosted a few posts.&nbsp;</div><div>It is not for a general media buyer who does not understand music, streaming platforms, artist branding, or direct-to-song campaign strategy.&nbsp;</div><div>It is not for someone who needs constant hand-holding, avoids data, or cannot think creatively around songs, audiences, branding, and ad direction.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Application Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>To apply, please send examples of campaigns, creative work, or music marketing projects you have personally worked on.&nbsp;</div><div>Strong applicants may be asked to send a short Loom video walking through relevant campaigns, including campaign structure, creative direction, targeting approach, results, and optimizations made.&nbsp;</div><div>Applications without clear, relevant examples will not be considered.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>About Heaven Bound Music Marketing</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>Heaven Bound Music Marketing helps Christian artists build sustainable momentum through faith-aligned marketing, digital strategy, streaming growth, and creative storytelling.&nbsp;</div><div>Our mission is to help artists reach the right listeners, grow with integrity, and steward their music with excellence.&nbsp;</div>
