<div>As our <strong>Senior Web Designer</strong>, you will lead Tithely's website design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to create digital experiences that help churches discover the tools they need to grow and sustain their ministry. Experimentation</div><ul><li>Own the strategy and execution of Tithely's conversion rate optimization (CRO) program across the marketing website and signup funnels.</li><li>Develop and prioritize a roadmap of experiments using analytics, customer research, heatmaps, and session recordings.</li><li>Design, build, and analyze A/B tests using VWO, including custom JavaScript and CSS when needed.</li><li>Define experiment success metrics, evaluate statistical significance, and document learnings that improve future performance.</li><li>Continuously improve website conversion, free trial activation, and free-to-paid conversion.</li></ul><div>Web Design &amp; <div>To support the mission of Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona through understanding, maintaining all marketing and communications. <div><em>Operation Blessing (OB)</em> is looking for a <strong>Web Designer</strong> to manage and optimize <em>Operation Blessing's</em> digital presence through website design, content management, email marketing support, fundraising initiatives, analytics, and project coordination.<br><br></div><div>This position collaborates with internal stakeholders, corporate IT teams, and third-party development partners to deliver effective digital experiences that support ministry, marketing, and fundraising objectives.
