This role owns the day-to-day operation and performance of the brand, with responsibility for site operations, product and catalog management, merchandising, vendor relationships, and customer experience. You'll lead a small team (1 to 2 people) that handles product additions, customer service, and platform operations, and you'll serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing and web development teams on campaigns, site projects, and ongoing improvements.
