Chief Technical Officer

<div>The Director of Translations will lead the translation of Tim Keller’s sermons and other Gospel in Life (GinL) content into multiple languages, ensuring theological fidelity, linguistic excellence, cultural sensitivity and operational scalability. Experience in Not-for-Profit, faith sector, or payments highly preferred.</li><li>Must have experience managing a large quota ~750k ARR+ (or equivalent) with the ability to manage long deal cycles towards meeting or beating monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.</li><li>Required to reside within your assigned territory.</li><li>Must be a self-starter with self-discipline to work with a high degree of autonomy in an organization that emphasizes the importance of teamwork.</li><li>Must be able to interact with internal and external customers in a manner that fosters a dynamic team-based, customer focused culture.</li><li>Strong sales acumen with exceptional business development and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to influence decisions.</li><li>Strong computer skills required for job functions: Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel and PowerPoint.
