A collaborative mindset is essential, as is meaningful engagement with faith traditions and familiarity with AI and ethics.<br><br></div><div>Key qualifications include:</div><ul><li>Proven experience as an executive director or in another senior leadership role within a nonprofit organization, with demonstrated ability to guide organizational strategy, programs, and operations. The EAE is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives&nbsp; through account development, referral networking and the creation of self-generated leads in the large church and denominational office market.&nbsp; The EAE represents the entire range of company products and services to established and new ministry partners in the large church and denominational markets and is responsible for growing revenues of all ACST products by presenting an ecosystem suite of solutions.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul><li>Cultivate strong, productive, and lasting relationships with key personnel in assigned ministry partners and prospect accounts.</li><li>Carries full revenue responsibilities for acquisition, migration, renewal and retention for all ACST products and services for large church and denominational offices.</li><li>Collaborate with various teams within ACST, including Support, Ministry Success, and Marketing, to ensure we exceed client expectations and sales performance objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Meets assigned sales targets for profitable volume and strategic objectives in the large church market.</li><li>Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs and pains on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Leads solution development efforts that best address customer/prospect needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.</li><li>Effectively prioritizes and manages opportunities and activities so that leads are advanced through the sales process to become closed sales.</li><li>Comfortable with travel to ministry partners' locations or trade shows.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li>Located in the Central Time Zone strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>BA, BS, or degree equivalent preferred, with 5-7 years of significant sales or related experience.</li><li>Experience or knowledge of churches and faith based organizations is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven and successful record of on-target sales performance</li><li>Strong verbal and written presentation skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to employ self-directed work habits, exhibits initiative, drive, self-assurance and professionalism</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills related to account management and sales generation/promotion.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced proficiency in business systems, Google G-Suite and able to quickly learn other software programs</li><li>SalesForce or other database CRM experience required</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Why You Want to Work Here:</strong></div><ul><li>Outstanding benefits package, including 6% 401(k) match</li><li>Free Wellness Clinic staffed by a Nurse Practitioner</li><li>A caring, friendly work environment&nbsp;</li><li>The opportunity to positively impact ministries</li></ul><div><br></div><div>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
