This role bridges Content Operations with all departments that rely on production—ensuring that Amazing Life creative, curriculum, and marketing content is prepared, filmed, and delivered with excellence across every platform. This role serves as a key advocate and translator between teams — connecting creative intent, production workflows, and final deliverables to all relevant stakeholders.<br><br>This role will lead and support cross-functional and creative initiatives that originate from ALF leadership or partner teams—often owning special production projects that help launch or elevate products, curriculum, events, and campaigns. These initiatives unify content, creative, and production resources to deliver high-quality and cohesive media experiences. While production is the primary focus, this role may also support additional content-related needs such as quality control reviews, curriculum fixes stemming from Customer Success, and broader content operations projects.<br>This job is inclusive, but not limited to, the following responsibilities as we continue to grow from a start-up culture to a world-class organization.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br>Production Scheduling &amp; Coordination:<br></strong>- Build, maintain, and communicate all shoot calendars, ensuring alignment with curriculum and cross-functional timelines.<br>- Schedule production resources (crew, equipment, studio space, locations) and confirm availability in advance.<br>- Manage production requests from across the organization, balancing recurring curriculum shoots and one-off creative projects.<br><br><strong>Pre-Production Planning:<br></strong>- Review project intakes from Marketing, Leadership, and other teams, confirming clarity of scope, timeline, and deliverables.<br>- Ensure scripts, shot lists, talent, looks, tone, and creative materials are finalized and approved in time for pre-production deadlines.<br>- Maintain communication between content creators, production, and post-production to prevent last-minute gaps.<br><br><strong>Production Execution Support:<br></strong>- Serve as the production team’s primary operational partner during shoots — ensuring call sheets, schedules, and resource lists are accurate and distributed.<br>- Track daily production progress and update timelines or Monday.com boards as shoots progress.<br>- Anticipate potential conflicts or delays and communicate adjustments to all affected stakeholders.<br><br><strong>Post-Production Coordination:<br></strong>- Track editing timelines and confirm post-production teams have all footage, assets, and direction needed to complete projects.<br>- Ensure editors receive clear project handoffs (file locations, naming conventions, deliverable lists).<br>- Follow up through completion — confirming final files are delivered to content or marketing teams on schedule.<br><br><strong>Cross-Functional Intake Management:<br></strong>- Manage all incoming production requests from internal teams via the established intake process.<br>- Evaluate each request for scope, priority, and resource availability before assigning to the production queue.<br>- Communicate progress, blockers, and completion status for all production projects in Monday.com.<br><br><strong>Process &amp; System Stewardship:<br></strong>- Maintain organization and visibility within Monday.com and shared file systems.<br>- Document production workflows, templates, and best practices.<br>- Continuously identify and implement process improvements for smoother coordination and better communication between teams.<br><br><strong>Key Skills:<br></strong>- Strong organizational and project management skills in creative or production environments.<br>- Excellent communication and coordination across departments (Content, Marketing, Production, and Customer Success).<br>- Ability to manage multiple concurrent shoots, projects, and production timelines.<br>- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.<br>- Skilled at translating creative direction into actionable next steps.<br>- Proficiency in Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and common production scheduling or asset management tools.<br>- Calm and solutions-oriented under shifting priorities and tight deadlines.<br><br><strong>Requirements:<br></strong>- 2+ years of creative project management, production or project coordination experience in a film, media, or creative operations setting.<br>- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.<br>- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.<br>- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining accuracy.<br>- In-office in Plano, TX (4 days/week) with occasional travel.<br>- Strong collaboration skills<br><br><strong>Bonus:<br></strong>- Experience with pre-production scheduling, production logistics, and/or post-production management.</div>
